Impetus Animal Training by Holistic Hounds, led by Veronica Selco, a Master’s Degree holder in Social Work, has been counseling families and providing behavior modification services for over 20 years. With expertise in working with dogs dealing with fear, anxiety, and aggression, she holds several notable certifications: MSW, KPACTP, CBATI-KSA, CCUI, CNWI, and FDM.
As a mentor for the Victoria Stilwell Dog Training Academy, Veronica’s team of professional dog trainers are certified by the Karen Pryor Academy and Victoria Stilwell Academy. The studio offers a range of services including Puppy Preschool, Kinder Playgroups, K9 Fundamentals, Terrific Teens, K9 Nose Work, Enrichment, K9 Fitness, Dog Yoga, Canine Good Citizen Classes, CGC and S.T.A.R. Puppy Testing, and more. They provide both private and group training sessions, using training equipment such as clickers, treats, toys, and play.
Embracing a positive reinforcement training philosophy, their services are available in Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City, catering to clients who speak English and Spanish.
