Pat Thorne owns Life With Dogs Family Dog Mediation. She is a Certified Pet Dog Trainer and also holds certification as a Family Dog Mediator using the L.E.G.S. Family Dog Mediation service model developed by ethologist Kim Brophey.
Pat’s focus is on puppies and she operates out of Flat Rock, NC, but also offers virtual services. Her passion lies in all things related to puppy care. The services she provides for new puppy owners are designed to establish a strong foundation for raising a well-adjusted, confident puppy, aiming to prevent common issues that often arise during adolescence.
Recognizing that 80% of surrendered dogs are adolescents, Pat’s goal is to educate new puppy owners on the importance of seeking professional support early on.
