Can We All Get Along Dog Training LLC is led by Pamela, who boasts 15 years of experience working with dogs in local shelters, rescues, and fostering. She is an honors graduate of Animal Behavior College, specializing in Pet Nutrition & Diet, an American Kennel Club Evaluator, and an ABC Mentor Trainer.
Her expertise has been honed through volunteering with the ASPCA Field Investigation and Response Team, as well as the FL State Animal Response, where she worked on cruelty cases. Pamela’s designations include Certified Dog Trainer, and her job title encompasses Trainer, Instructor, and Owner.
When it comes to training equipment, she employs a variety from her toolbox, tailored to the dog’s behavior, but she never uses choke chains or E collars. All puppies up to 6 months are required to use a harness.
Pamela’s training philosophy centers around positive reinforcement and encouragement. She believes that success is achieved through patience, persistence, practice, and praise. Consistency and follow-through are crucial for achieving training goals.
Serving the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas, including New Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Lutz, Odessa, Seminole Heights, Carrollwood, South Tampa, Riverview, Brandon, and Valrico, Plant City, Pamela conducts group and private instructions for training and behavior. She uses scientifically proven rewards-based methods customized to each pet’s needs.
Her offerings include Puppy Kindergarten, Dogs & Babes (for new parents), Basic Behavior with Manners, addressing problem behaviors, fear, anxiety, and no-pull leash work. Additionally, she provides group class AKC-CGC and AKC-CGCA.
Pamela communicates in English and tailors her training to suit individual pet requirements.
