Shelzsmide K9 offers comprehensive training classes for puppies, covering socialization, house manners, basic obedience, competition obedience, tracking, rally, and agility. They provide both private and group lessons, drawing from over 15 years of experience working with both pet and working dogs. Their certifications and expertise make them a reliable choice for dog training. Utilizing positive training methods, they use food or toys as rewards based on individual dog preferences and offer plenty of praise, hugs, and kisses. Recognizing that every dog is unique, they tailor a program to suit each dog and their owner.
At the core of their training philosophy is the belief that for every action, there is a reaction. They emphasize the importance of negative consequences for undesirable behavior and rewarding positive actions with what makes the dog happiest. Their approach focuses on making training a fun, cooperative endeavor between dog and owner. Based in Collier County, Naples, Florida, their location is easily accessible off I-75 exit 111, just 10 miles east of the interstate. For those unable to dedicate time to training their pup themselves, Shelzsmide K9 offers board and train services.
