Kyra operates as a force-free dog trainer and is the owner of Timber and Co Dog Training. She holds certification as a Family Dog Mediator (FDM), an individual with specialized training and education beyond standard behavior consulting.
FDMs are certified pet professionals trained to assess animals based on their L.E.G.S.® (Learning, Environment, Genetics, and Self), recognizing the critical role each plays in an animal’s behavior. In 2023, Kyra completed the Master Course in Aggression.
Her passion for dog training began at a young age, assisting with her family dogs. With over 300 hours of training experience, she has earned the title cpdt-ka (certified professional dog trainer-knowledge assessed).
