O’Brien Canine, LLC specializes in modern dog training concepts, including K9 Nose Work® Training & Coaching, as well as Dog Training & Behavior Services through the National Association of Canine Scent Work, LLC (NACSW).
The National Association of Canine Scent WorkTM (NACSWTM) focuses on education, the activity, and the competitive sport of Nose Work. Within the NACSWTM trial division, trials are sanctioned to ensure consistency throughout competitive events, welcoming competitors of all scent work training methods.
The education division, which includes Instructor Certification and Nose Work training and support, is designed to bring the activity of scent detection to as many dogs and people as possible, regardless of their training history or individual skill sets. Through instructor training and certification, the organization aims to expand the underlying K9 Nose Work® philosophy envisioned by its founders, which was the genesis of scent detection competition.
K9 Nose Work® is a dog-driven, easily accessible activity and strives to maintain consistency of application through the certification of instructors. For more information, visit www.nacsw.net and www.k9nosework.com.
