Jen Boyd-Morin, the proprietor of Play & Train Dog Behavior, LLC, operates a dog training company catering to Laurel, MD, and the neighboring areas. Certified as a Pet Dog Trainer (Knowledge Assessed) and a Pat Miller Certified Trainer (PMCT1), Jen has completed several intensive Operant Conditioning Workshops under the tutelage of the esteemed animal trainer, Bob Bailey.
Currently, she is in the process of securing her Fear Free boarding & daycare and training certifications. Play & Train Dog Behavior provides an array of services for puppies, including group classes, play groups, and boarding, with a focus on socialization, fear-free protocols for handling and veterinary care, and enrichment.
Furthermore, the company offers reward-based private training, behavior & aggression consultations, and group classes for adult dogs, employing humane and effective training methods, blended with a touch of humor to aid pet owners in achieving their training goals. The primary goal is to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, as well as to educate them to communicate clearly and effectively with their dogs, always through a lens of empathy and compassion.
