Heather is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer – Knowledge Assessed. CPDT-KAs have demonstrated their expertise in the field and are committed to continuing education as part of their certification requirements. She believes it’s important to continually build on her knowledge and maintain independently assessed credentials to provide the best possible training solutions for the families she works with.
Heather was shadowing mentors, studying animal behavior & learning theory, volunteering for rescues, and running her own training business in Phoenix, AZ before joining Train My Dogs in 2014.
