Hayley’s Hounds offers positive reinforcement training, LIMA, and is multi-certified. They provide free telephone consultations and in-house private training with 1-hour sessions.
Their tailored training packages focus on areas of strength and areas of need. They cover puppy and adult foundation work such as sits, stays, down, and recalls, along with calming activities, fear-based reactivity, behavior modification, and loose leash walking for all dogs of all ages.
Additionally, they address confidence building, listening skills, and provide fun puppy activities. The program incorporates play, agility, and enrichment to maximize the dog’s potential, and they also set daily and weekly homework challenges for clients.
Hayley’s Hounds relies on vocal cues, treats, toys, hand gestures, collars, harnesses, leashes, long line leads, enrichment, agility, play, enthusiasm, and positive reinforcement as training equipment. Their training philosophy involves working together to optimize the relationship with the dog.
