The owner has been working with dogs since 1983, initially with racing Greyhounds, and later at an animal hospital as a vet assistant.
After a hiatus from the industry, she returned in 2009, eventually becoming a pet trainer in March 2010.

She has experience working with puppies to seniors, covering all levels of obedience training, behavioral modification, backyard agility, and trick teaching.
Her work has involved a diverse range of breeds, from Chihuahuas to Russian Wolfhounds, and she has also handled passive as well as aggressive dogs.
Her training methods revolve around positive reinforcement using classical and operant conditioning techniques, both in group classroom settings and through private one-on-one sessions with dog owners.
