Anne Barea volunteers as a trainer at the Canine Training Institute within the Humane Society of South Central Michigan. She holds a certification as a Professional Dog Trainer with a focus on knowledge assessment.
The Canine Training Institute is dedicated to fostering positive relationships between individuals and their dogs through education, training, and interaction at all stages of the dogs’ lives. This commitment aims to enrich and bring joy to the lives of both people and dogs.
Anne and her colleagues exemplify and teach positive training methods to the public, aligning with the Canine Training Institute’s mission to support the Humane Society’s public education efforts. They also serve as ambassadors for the Humane Society to the public through their classes. All training fees are donated back to the Humane Society to aid in the care of the animals.
