Georgette Lombardo is a dog trainer with a passion for Siberian Huskies. She has worked with two local Husky rescues and currently shares her home with two of these wonderful dogs—Alaska, a Husky mix, and Gaston, a full Siberian. She learned the hard way from Ivan, her last dog, a Cattle Dog/Husky mix, that Siberian Huskies are not the best choice for first-time owners. She considers Ivan her greatest dog training achievement, as he came to her with a whole cornucopia of issues and through training, he learned to calmly approach strangers, ignore other dogs, and enjoy car rides.

Customer Reviews
Rebecca, PhD: "I got a new puppy a little over a year ago and I wanted to train her while she was still little. So I asked Jette to help me. I was immediately impressed with Jette’s ability to “read” my dog and help me become a better puppy owner. Within only a few sessions Ivy was sitting and staying and today she has almost total recall. At the dog park I am no longer one of those owners yelling at my dog to come back! Jette’s training is amazing."
Linus and Riley: "We are so thankful that our mom learned about Pawsitive Training. We were extremely fearful of people, sounds and life in general. Every time we train we learn something new and get awesome treats. We love to see mom smile and have as much fun as we are having. We showed mom that we can learn tricks on our own, that she would never have thought to teach us, because we were having so much fun learning new things. We feel so much better with the training and can see that mom and dad are very proud of us."
Hayley and Lucy: "We’re Hayley and Lucy. We learned to be calmer and more focused through our clicker training. It especially helps with distractions like barking dogs while we’re taking walks through our neighborhood. Now Mom and Dad know how to keep our attention and how to keep us from overreacting when we encounter people or other dogs. That makes them more confident and more eager to take us places! We especially like it when we practice all the new tricks Georgette taught us (more clicks means more goodies for us!) We loved getting to know Georgette and were so excited every time she arrived. She’s so much fun to work with and taught us to be better dogs."
