Training Philosophy
Ashley uses science-based, humane approach to dog training called positive reinforcement training; This includes treats, toys, and fun. We focus on what the dog does instead of what the dog does “wrong”. Ashley uses a clicker in her training, a clicker is a toy noisemaker. Animal trainers make use of the clicker as an event marker to mark a desired response. The sound of the clicker is an excellent marker because it is unique, quick, and consistent.
