Positive Canine Concepts LLC provides basic obedience and manners training, as well as consultations for common canine behavioral issues such as housetraining, inappropriate chewing, jumping on people, pulling on leash, barking, resource guarding, and nipping.

The training philosophy at PCC emphasizes understanding how dogs learn and perceive the world around them, and teaches methods for motivating dogs in a positive way and setting them up for successful training experiences. Methods involving stress or coercion are not used.
Locations served include Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester counties in PA, as well as the 'Philadelphia suburbs' region of Southern NJ. Chris works with clients to create training and management plans for any dog, including puppies.
“Day training” plans are also available, wherein Chris will come to your house and teach your dog while you’re away at work. Schedules typically involve several sessions per week with the dog, and separate sessions with the owner(s) present two or three times per month.
Pricing for consultations and training is based on a rate of $70 per hour. Discounts for multiple session contracts are available, and a 10% discount is available for any dog adopted from a shelter or rescue organization within the past four months.
