Her 6-week training programs, with age-specific fees and topics, cover all foundational behaviors. These include attention cues, release cues, sitting, luring and hand signal for down, loose leash walking, recall, stay, slow down and wait cues, and more. Building a strong foundation in these behaviors is essential for a well-behaved and fulfilled dog.
For pets that already have some training, Amanda is prepared to refine and perfect their proficiency in those areas. Additionally, she provides information on feeding, handling, grooming, manners, and educational play and games, tailoring the content based on the family's knowledge of dogs and training, as well as the class size. Amanda's Pup's Program is designed for pets aged 8 weeks to 6 months, while the Primary Puppy Class is for pets aged 6 months to 1 year. For pets aged 1 year and older, the Begging for Basics program is available.
