Wiz and I had lost our confidence after a number of poor experiences and he was exhibiting consistent fear-based aggression and reactivity. However, Kiem far exceeded our expectations for what she could do for our former fearful and aggressive shiba inu. Kiem is an excellent listener, set realistic expectations for what we would likely accomplish and supported us through the process by giving us tangible techniques and feedback along the way. Although our shiba inu is sometimes still timid, she no longer lives in constant fear, is interactive and often playful and now rarely growls (which we've learned is not a terrible thing but a way our dog is communicating her dislike about something). We are SO beyond grateful for what she did for us. Without her guidance, we likely would have had to rehome our beloved dog. I couldn't recommend her

Training can be tailored to your preference:

1. Bow Wow Boot Camp, available at our location or in the comfort of your own home.
2. Private Training sessions held at your location with your involvement.
3. Private Training at your location, followed by a comprehensive handover of training techniques to you, once the sessions are completed.
4. Private Training conducted at the trainer's location.

Your dog can expect to learn a range of fundamental skills including: Sit (verbal and hand signal), Heel/Loose Leash Walking, Halt/Stop and Auto Sit, Down (verbal and hand signal), Stay (around distractions and distance), and Come/Recall (verbal and hand signal).

At Bow Wow Boot Camp, your pet will reside in a home environment with the trainer and will receive instruction in basic in-home manners. We pride ourselves on treating all dogs as if they were our own, ensuring they are not kenneled but rather stay in separate private rooms, with only one or two dogs accommodated at a time.

Behavioral issues can be effectively addressed during the Bow Wow Boot Camp, and the length of stay is determined by the individual needs of your dog. For an extended stay or additional charge, we can also address leash aggression, jumping, potty training, and any other issues you may be experiencing. Furthermore, we offer specialized training for dogs that are deaf or blind.
