With certifications as a Dog and Service Dog Trainer (CDT), Sam uses a variety of training equipment including a clicker, treats, long and short leads, puzzles, and toys. Sam’s training philosophy is based on positive reinforcement and follows the LIMA approach to dog training, redirecting behaviors and developing positive ones.
Serving both online and Central Illinois, Sam is fluent in English and is passionate about helping others build strong, positive relationships with their dogs. Sam’s dedication to dog training stems from a lifelong love of dogs and a personal success story in training Korey, a diabetic alert dog.
Growing up with dogs, becoming a dog trainer is one of Sam’s proudest accomplishments, and Sam is eager to assist others in overcoming any challenges on their journey to a fulfilling relationship with their furry companions.
