She has been working hands-on with dogs in shelters and the real world for over 15 years, and she has been lucky enough to be mentored by some of the best in the industry. Training Philosophy
Natalie Piper’s dog training philosophy is to be positive, not permissive. She uses the Least Intrusive, Minimally Aversive strategy when working with your pet. She wants the training or behavior modification we do to be easy, fun, and effective for all involved. To teach your dog desirable behavior as a habit you have to have a relationship built on respect and trust. This takes patience, time, and commitment, but it is well worth it.
