For over a decade, the writer has volunteered at their local shelter, primarily focusing on dog walking, handling classes, and training. They also work with long-term project dogs, conduct consultations, develop training plans, and provide private training.
Presently, they are in charge of leading the local Shelter Dog Training Class, ‘Bright Futures,’ at Lakeland Animal Shelter. Additionally, they offer virtual dog training consultations, complete with training plans, ongoing support, and follow-up.
