The trainer holds certifications in CTDI, AKC CGC, PMCT, and KPA-CTP. They employ a variety of training equipment such as clickers, front clip harnesses, tethers, treats, long lines, head halters, plain collars, and martingale collars, as well as 6′ leashes.

Additionally, the trainer has experience working with kids and is fluent in Spanish. They are a Dogggone Safe Presenter and are available for speaking engagements on dog and child safety. As a Family Paws Parent Educator, they also offer speaking engagements on a variety of animal-related topics including clicker training, trick demonstrations, and therapy dog criteria.
