Training Philosophy
Kate is a major advocate for balanced, science-backed training methods. By teaching a dog what it is that you want it to do, you set the dog up to succeed. A good relationship with your dog comes from being firm, friendly, and fair.
Dogs need boundaries, just like humans. We owe it to our dogs to teach them how to live in our human world. This often means adjusting expectations – you cannot expect your dog to “know” what to do on its own. You must put in the time and effort in order to get results.
