Cohesive Canine’s mission is to help individuals understand their dog’s behavior and body language through enjoyable, humane, and interactive training. Founded with a deep belief that dogs are integral family members, Cohesive Canine’s passion lies in working with families and their pets.
The owner, behavior consultant/trainer, holds certifications including CCDT, CPDT-KA, IAABC-ADT, and AKC CGC. Following a LIMA-based training philosophy, Cohesive Canine ensures that training is a positive experience for all involved. The aim is to help families better comprehend their pet’s behavior and collaboratively work as a unit.
In-person services are available in Central New York, with virtual options for those outside the area. English is the primary language used. Graduating from the Master Class Program in 2016 through CATCH, Canine Trainers Academy, the owner is currently a mentor trainer at the academy.
Furthermore, becoming a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA) in 2017 and an Associate Certified Dog Behavior Consultant (ACDBC) through the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC) in 2022 demonstrates a commitment to ongoing professional development.
