It's scary to be alone

We have two cute dogs, Mia and Bo. Bo was only four months old when we adopted her. Our Mia was already three years old, and a well-behaved lady. We thought that Mia would be able to help teach Bo good manners, but unfortunately that didn’t work.

Whenever we left the house without our pups, Bo started barking and howling literally non-stop. It became a huge problem for us and our neighbors. We urgently had to find a solution.

In the past we used Dogo to teach Mia some tricks, so we decided to give it a try for Bo as well. We created a new account for Bo and worked our way through the Impulse Control program. The feedback we got from qualified trainers through the video submission feature was invaluable. We made mistakes we weren't even aware of! We even had a few virtual one-on-one lessons with our Dogo trainer, Jeny, who guided us during the call and that really helped with the final steps of solving Bo's separation anxiety.  Jeny provided amazing support. Thanks to her patience and knowledge we got all the help we needed without spending a fortune on hiring a trainer to come to our house! Thank you, Dogo!

The habit of biting

Loki was around two months old when he got into the habit of biting. He was a very sweet boy and never aggressive, but he started nipping my friends, family and me all the time.

I wanted to find a dog trainer, but it was very expensive and difficult to find one that fit in my busy schedule. I tried my luck with Dogo and was very surprised! Three weeks after regularly training Loki with Dogo, he stopped his biting behavior. We started with the “Puppy Bites” program, which had very detailed information and step-by-step instructions.

Besides his biting, we also worked on other annoying problems like chewing and barking. The built-in clicker was absolutely perfect for the training. Loki associated the clicker sound with being rewarded for good behavior. I still use it a lot for teaching him new tricks.

With Dogo, we solved an annoying problem at our own pace and saved a lot of money in the process! I am super happy with the results and so is Loki!

A delicate problem

Juno’s potty accidents became a nightmare for me! As a new dog parent, I was looking for recommendations on solving a potty problem when I stumbled upon the Dogo app. After installing, I completed a quiz and got my first training program recommendation for potty training. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to get started!

The built-in potty reminder was the key to our success to solving Juno’s potty issue. The timer helped me train her to expect to go outside in timely intervals. It also notified me if I missed one of those times. This app is a must-have for a new puppy parent like me who is struggling with potty training.

Within a few weeks, Juno adapted to her potty schedule. All training takes effort, but it all becomes worth it once you see the results!

I would totally recommend Dogo for people with new pups who have no idea where to start their training!

Family fun

My wife Anna and I had just adopted a 9-month-old puppy, Coco. We had been looking for a way to also include our children in Coco’s training, since we felt it was important to teach Coco how to behave around kids.

Dogo had a great solution for us with the family account. We all created our own profiles and connected it to Coco’s training program so we could all see how the training was going.

As a family, we went through all the training programs. It was a great bonding experience to train Coco together, and we are still using the app to teach her new tricks!

Pulling on the leash

"Jack, stop pulling!" used to be my catch-phrase. I can’t count how many times I yelled this while on a walk with Jack. Every walk felt like a battle between us.

After complaining to my colleague, she recommended me to try the Dogo app. I downloaded it and started right away with the “Pleasant Walks” program. All the steps were described in detail and had video examples to show how the exercises should be done.

I was happy to get direct feedback from Dogo trainers. They helped me to avoid mistakes and make my training more efficient. It took us only 2 weeks to get to the root of Jack’s leash pulling behavior and solve it. I even have proof of it! Jack has completed his Leash Walks Program Certification and I couldn’t be prouder of him.

What I loved the most, Dogo also helped with a few of Jack’s other issues. This app is amazing for anyone struggling with training their dog!
